Her daily responsibilities involve enhancing the value and quality of cars over time. She has had several different executive roles and she also has a background in sports &#8211; as an elite athlete in cross-country skiing.<\/p>\n<h3>Why Our Normal?<\/h3>\n<p>Emelie&#8217;s path led her to Our Normal due to a shared passion for business development and a strong commitment to inclusion. Both Emelie and Our Normal&#8217;s founder, Jenny, are parents of children with disabilities, forging a deep connection rooted in shared experiences.<\/p>\n<h3>The vision of true inclusion:<\/h3>\n<p>Emelie believes in the power of true inclusion, not just for individual children or families but as a catalyst for a better society. Inclusion, to her, is not only a matter of humanity but also a driver of innovation and business development.<\/p>\n<h3>Universal design and positiv change:<\/h3>\n<p>Emelie recognizes that when we consider special situations and needs, it sparks innovation that can benefit everyone. Universal design principles, coupled with service design and design thinking, have the potential to bring about meaningful change.<\/p>\n<h3>Future aspirations:<\/h3>\n<p>Emelie&#8217;s vision for the future aligns with a society that becomes progressively more inclusive, where every individual&#8217;s special needs are acknowledged and cared for.
