Our process is developed and tested in real collaborations. It helps you drive systematic work with universal design – from idea to implementation.
We start from real needs, not assumptions. With active user involvement early in the design phase, you gain insights that remain relevant through to launch.
The process is based on the European standard EN 17161 – Design for All – which can also support quality assurance and certification systems.
